Shameful how this place treats people. They basically refused to take care of my mother, telling her she was on a "waiting list" for a simple dental procedure. After 2 YEARS on this list she gave up and went to Black River where she is treated like a human being and being taken care of.
I do hooe the drug addicts are clean now. Ha!
Dr. Sueppel was great with all my kids. Talked to them throughout everything, told them exactly what he was doing and why. My daughter asked for a baby tooth to be removed during an appointment for fillings, they had me sign a consent form and took it out no problem and after their last appointment for fillings both my girls got a stuffed animal for a reward. Awesome place.
Everyone who works here is quite friendly. Dr. Parker has taken really great care of my teeth, I still have remaining visits but this is by far the best dentist I've ever gone to. I highly recommend Dr Parker and Dental Assistant Sarah
Dr. Parker was terrible with my daughter. I sat with my eight year old when she had her teeth cleaned. He never introduced himself to me or my daughter, refused to make eye contact with me, and then after he examined my daughter's teeth he simply left. When she came back for her fillings I wasn't allowed to sit with her. He was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend him, in fact I will be requesting a new dentist for my children. I would like to add the dental assistant taking care of my daughter was AMAZING! She listened to my concerns and was able to find me a new dentist for my daughter. She was very understanding and kind.
I have seen Dr.Bade for a year. Gone from living a fairly normal life to mostly requring wheelchair except for short disttances. I have agoraphobia making travel difficult and often panic on trip, therefore turning around and going home. Mental health not treated either. Although in fairness, I am suppose to see a doctor at Mayo for that. Dr.Rameriz does not treat that either, regardless of having 20 plus yrs of agoraphobia). Controlled substances had worked well with me, wothout trouble. But we are saving drug addicts now, throwing away sick people who needed those meds. I have contacted the DEA. They blame doctors saying they did not tell Doctor to stop meds to those who needed them....Patients have rights. Doctors say DEA said not to treat patients with those meds, even if helpful. Complain to medical facilities? They just refuse to see you as patient anymore. No one knows the hell we people in pain, and/or those with mental health problems, live. And there isnt a thing you can do about it. Just go jome and suffer until death.
